Embrace Connection

I'm Treasure, a certified Cuddle Therapist, Connection Coach, consent educator, facilitator, event organiser, and community leader.

I employ somatic, movement and touch-based practices to find safety, authenticity and a feeling of belonging. Through my work, I have found that embodiment is a powerful tool to understand and empower ourselves, and transform the way we relate with others. 

​I offer 1-1 support, and I facilitate safe, welcoming spaces for authentic connection.  Since 2022, I have hosted connection and community focussed spaces in Bristol such as Intimacy Jams, Moving in Circles, Cuddle Corners, Get in Touch, Being Together, Consent Workshops, Touch Move Connect, etc. Plus more at festivals and events further afield. The Vision

I envision a world where people are deeply connected to themselves, each other and community. People feel empowered to transform themselves and their communities, using an embodied innerstanding to shift the way they relate and connect. I envision a culture of care, where people feel a deep sense of safety and belonging, free to express their authentic selves and enjoy life’s pleasures. 

In this world, thriving relationships and communities are built on foundations of embodiment, authenticity, care, and consent, allowing for trust, vulnerability, and meaningful connection.

This is a cultural movement. We are building a future where we treat each other—and ourselves—with more care, respect, and humanity. Where we can be human together.
