Free From Within

I am Integrative Therapist who offers breathwork, cacao and shamanic sound journeys, as well as online breathwork and meditation sessions. My work gently guides people into altered states that support healing, stress release, emotional processing and deeper self-connection. By quieting the thinking mind, we create space to access the body’s innate healing intelligence and inner wisdom. My events are held in a safe, grounded way and place strong emphasis on authentic connection, integration and shared human experience.
