Welcome to Heart Space!
I'm Sam, an Art Psychotherapist, qualified Breathwork Facilitator, Artist, Maker and Drum Circle Holder. Through art, breath, sound and embodied practices, I create warm, trauma informed spaces where people can reconnect with themselves, explore their inner worlds and feel accepted exactly as they are.
I believe healing is not about fixing ourselves, but about creating enough safety, connection and compassion to listen to what is already within us.
