✬ I'm Rachael and I'm passionate about creating spaces where people can feel comfotable moving their body in a conscious environment ✬ Dance is our birthright - we were born to move, but so many of us have inhibitions that prevent us from experiencing the joy of dance ✬ Let's move and connect together in community ✬

✬ In a typical session we'll start with breathing and meditation and a guided embodiedment practice, then move into an unfacilitated dance journey to allow you to deeply drop into your body ✬ You're free to move how and as you like; there are no judgements and no expectations ✬ no previous is experience necessary; everyone is welcome ✬ For outdoor dances we use silent disco headsets which create a lovely dance bubble for our group, provide crystal clear sound and are volume adjustable so everyone can set their preferred volume ✬

Some guidelines for our time together:

• Be present: please keep phones off/airplane mode (this is also really important so the headsets work properly)
• Non-verbal space: communicate with movement instead of words to allow you to drop into your body and out of your head
• No drugs/alcohol: come with a clear mind to embrace mindfulness
• Respect others: respect others' space and freedom of expression
• Be free: come as you are, dance how you feel
