Life by Design

Life by Design is a wellbeing and personal development organisation dedicated to helping people regulate their emotions, reconnect to their bodies, and reclaim trust in themselves through experiential learning. We specialise in Rite of Passage retreats, Human Design coaching, breathwork, and nature-based practices such as climbing, gorge walking, and embodied group work. Our approach blends trauma-informed facilitation with outdoor adventure, creating transformational spaces where individuals develop confidence, emotional resilience, and a deeper sense of purpose. We work with men, women, young people, and community groups, offering programmes that build leadership, self-awareness, and healthy relational skills. At our core, we believe that everyone deserves access to tools that support mental, emotional, and physical wellbeing — and we exist to make those tools accessible, grounded, and life-chang
