a heroine's journey: a 5-week series of workshops for womxn, exploring feminine archetypes through folklore, movement and mark-making. Facilitated by Orla and Krissy, trauma-informed therapeutic practitioners and creatives. 

Drop in for standalone workshops or attend the whole series. 

Each session will include:

• A short opening circle
• A meditative folk tale
• A guided movement exploration
• Some reflective mark making
• A short closing circle

18th February 2026
Week 1: East - The maiden & sage 
East is the direction from which the sun rises, symbolising the dawn of a new cycle and inspiration. A gentle exploration of key insights The Maiden & Sage Archetypes offer: intuition, clarity and wisdom.

25th February 2026
Week 2: West - The lover
West is the direction from which we feel the warm glow of the sunset, symbolising an invitation for slowing down, turning inward and softening into reflection and introspection. A gentle exploration of key insights The Lover Archetype offers: tenderness, creativity and life force energy.

4th March 2026
Week 3: South - The mystic & mother
South is the direction in which the sun reaches its highest point, symbolising growth, action and aliveness. A gentle exploration of key insights The Mystic & Mother Archetypes offer: passion, will and presence.

11th March 2026
Week 4: North - The queen & huntress 
North is the direction in which the moon journeys, symbolising guidance, stability and progress. A gentle exploration of key insights The Queen & Huntress Archetypes offer: independence, confidence and connection with body and nature.

18th March 2026
Week 5: Journey On - Integrate & move between archetypes  
At the centre of our compass lies our inner point of stability from which we can navigate. Gently interweaving the insights of each direction, supporting our journey on.

Open to all womxn over the age of 18. Come as you are in comfortable clothing, bring water and anything else you may need.
