Feedback on Moving Meditation events
Participants frequently praise the warm, inclusive, and safe environment fostered by the facilitator, Claire, highlighting her skillful and authentic guidance. Attendees particularly value the unique blend of play, movement, and touch, which allows for deep connection, self-exploration, and personal expression, often leading to feelings of being present, alive, challenged, held, healed, and invigorated. The workshops are described as transformative, offering opportunities for unblocking tension, exploring intimacy, and finding new ways to move and connect, all within a beautifully held and sometimes music-free space that enhances the immersive experience.

There were no expectations and I was very open to the new experience, nevertheless some initial awkwardness and clumsiness from my side. Claire was very welcoming and I felt the safe space created allowed me to dive deep and explore movement and relaxation with ease. I liked the fact there was no music and we only followed some gentle prompt that easily led to spontaneous individual expression. Very satisfied with the experience and looking forward to attend more in the future. Thank you for reminding me to strengthen the feral me, Claire x
