The range of instruments was so beautifully and powerfully orchestrated. Feeling the different frequencies in my body, moving energy around inside me, clearing anything that needed shifting. The Sonic Ritual was an extraordinary experience, deeply immersive... I felt the music and vibrations with my whole body. Like a gong bath but better... Powerful and heart-opening. I loved the facilitation and connecting with the group before and after the sound journey: just enough to but not distracting from the main part.
