When tended with love, in communion with others, grief can be a pathway back to life.
Norfolk Grief Tending is a non-profit community organisation that helps adults who are struggling with grief to find hope, healing and peace.
Our workshops, retreats and group journeys offer a safe place where pain and loss can be witnessed, held and transformed. We welcome grief about life changes, bereavement and childhood losses, as well as ancestral, ecological and collective grief.
Our events are held by experienced facilitators, working with tried and tested trauma-informed practices. They are available on a gift basis, which means pay what you can.
