Rooted Rise

Rooted Rise is run by Kyara Mensie.

This work is for those who carry stories in their bodies, for the sensitive, the seekers, and the quietly brave.
Through a blend of shamanic wisdom, nature-based ritual, somatic trauma informed inquiry, and creative expression, we journey together — not to “fix” you, but to help you reconnect with your body, spirit and truth, to guide you back to the wholeness that’s never left.
