Studio Sadhana

I’m a female (she/her) Indian yoga teacher and Reiki practitioner dedicated to reclaiming and honouring the roots of these practices while sharing them in ways that uplift the communities they come from. My work lives at the intersection of energy, movement, healing, and justice - guided by a belief that wellness should feel like a doorway open to everyone, not a gate.​ I am deeply passionate about diversity, inclusion, equity, cultural awareness, and the amplification of South Asian voices within yoga spaces. I weave these commitments into every class, training, and gathering I hold. 

My teaching centres community care: creating spaces where people can rest, learn, unlearn, and reconnect with themselves and each other.​Whether we meet on the mat, in a Reiki session, or in community spaces, my intention is always the same: to offer practices that feel accessible, culturally grounded, and deeply human.
