Welcome to a space for transformation, reconnection and personal growth.
I’m Rachel, a certified Kundalini Activation facilitator and holistic therapist based in Reading, Berkshire. Through Violet Energy Healing, I offer transformative experiences designed to help you reconnect with yourself, release tension, find balance and explore your potential.
🌿 My events and experiences include:
* Kundalini Activation – explore your energy, deepen self-awareness and experience a powerful connection with yourself.
* Breathwork & Nervous System Regulation – discover practices to support relaxation, emotional balance and inner calm.
* Fascia Release & Somatic Movement – reconnect with your body and release physical tension.
* Sound Baths & Holistic Workshops – take time out to unwind, restore and nurture your wellbeing.
* Kundalini Activation Facilitator Training – immersive training experiences for those ready to deepen their own journey and learn to facilitate transformational sessions for others.
Whether you’re beginning your personal development journey, looking for a meaningful experience to share with others, or feeling called to become a facilitator yourself, there is something here for you.
My intention is to create welcoming, supportive spaces where you can explore, grow and reconnect with the most authentic version of yourself.
