Waters of Our Soul: Grief Tending in Cornwall

Grief Tending in Cornwall - tending our soul waters, inner tides and the waves within our being. 

As if pouring a little water out each time we gather, to create a little space and to be reminded we don't have to walk with grief alone. There is no right or wrong way to be with grief. Grief, like water, rises and falls, sometimes still, sometimes wild, sometimes far away, sometimes so close. You are welcome, come as you are, be with what wants to be felt, witnessed, and remembered. You may choose to be in silence or to share a little, as we explore ways of being with grief together, guided by the seasons, cycles and rhythms of nature. 

This is not a therapy space, or a space to fix or give advice. This is a space to simply be with our grief together in community.
