Alexa is a soul doula, creating spaces for grief in our community, where we can tend to our inner tides and move through life's thresholds together. Initiated by grief as her teacher in her early twenties & called to work with grief a decade later, she weaves her experience as a yoga teacher and mental health practitioner with her gentle intuitive presence & deep curiosity for life. She explores ways of being with grief, guided by the seasons, cycles & rhythms of nature.
