Wild Swimming Woman

Tara Kelsall is a qualified & experienced outdoor life coach, wild swimming coach, women's circle facilitator and space holder for wellbeing groups as well as hosting retreats.

Her primary focus is on empowering women to regain their self confidence & supporting their journeys to greater self kindness  through immersion in our natural world, connecting with themselves and to each other. 

Tara is particularly interested in the sacred relationship we can all develop with water.
