Hi, I’m Angela.

I’m a Conscious Connected Breathwork facilitator and an OSHO Reiki practitioner, devoted to supporting people on their journey of self-discovery, healing, and inner transformation.

My work is centred around creating safe, nurturing spaces where you can reconnect with your breath, your body, and your authentic self. Through conscious breathwork, I guide you in releasing stored emotions, reducing stress, and accessing deeper levels of awareness and clarity. This practice can be both gentle and powerful - meeting you exactly where you are.

I believe that true transformation happens when we feel seen, supported, and connected—to ourselves and to something greater. My intention is to walk alongside you as you explore, heal, and expand into the fullest expression of who you are.
