It’s the pulse that has always been underneath the noise. It’s the part of you that breathes deeper around trees, that sighs in relief when you stop trying so hard.
And the journey back? It’s not linear, and it’s rarely tidy. It means gently letting go of the identities that once kept us safe: the achiever, the caretaker, the one who always holds it together.
Sometimes, the deeper self, the one beneath all the masks, feels unfamiliar at first. Wild. Subtle. Unruly. But given the right conditions, that part of you begins to speak again. And when it does, it doesn’t just change how you feel inside. It shifts how you meet the world.
This is the pulse behind everything that happens at True Nature, a sibling organisation of The Psychedelic Society, that hosts retreats and gatherings for women to remember who they are when they stop trying to be everything else.

We're delighted to share a new online course from our friends at the School of Psychedelics for anyone interested in deep diving into psychedelic preparation and integration. This self-paced online course is the starting point for their full certification. You’ll explore psychedelic history, core medicines, ethics, client readiness, therapeutic frameworks, and integrative practices, including their signature method, Embodied Imagination®️ for Psychedelic Integration.
The full certification includes the Foundations course, a 6-day retreat in Portugal, and a supervised practicum. The retreat is also available as a standalone immersive for those looking to deepen their integration skills.

Help Psychedelic Society find a home
As some of you may remember, before the pandemic Psychedelic Society had its own home in east London. Rents in the city have skyrocketed since then and unfortunately, it hasn't been feasible for us to find a new permanent venue.
However, we miss the feeling of a home base. A place where people can return to again and again and see the same faces. So we're relaunching our search with a new focus - partnership.
If you know of any venues or businesses with extra space (think cafes, yoga studios or anything in between) that may want to partner or split their rent to offer a regular place to hold our London events, we'd love to hear from you at carlotta@psychedelicsociety.org.uk
