There are certain therapeutic approaches that seem to naturally orbit the psychedelic world. Internal Family Systems. Jungian dreamwork. Somatic therapies. Systemic constellations is another, and its power often takes people by surprise.
In a ‘constellation,' one person brings a question they’re carrying. Strangers stand in as elements of that system - often family members, sometimes relationships or themes. They’re not acting or imagining. They’re simply noticing what arises in their body through the process. And somehow, again and again, what emerges reflects real dynamics that have been quietly and invisibly shaping someone’s life. I've seen it and it's wild, mysterious, and magical.
What makes this work so powerful is how direct it is. Instead of talking about the past, you see and feel it playing out in front of you. Things that have been unnamed or carried alone become visible. There’s often a deep sense of recognition and relief. People leave with more than insight; they leave with a felt shift.
Both systemic constellations and psychedelic experiences open us beyond the individual story and into the wider web we belong to - where healing comes not from fixing, but from acknowledging, reconnecting and letting something settle.
