Functional mushrooms are fungi that support the everyday functioning of the body and mind. They’re rapidly moving from the fringes into mainstream wellness, biohacking, and performance culture – but misinformation is everywhere.

This five-week online course offers a grounded, accessible, and evidence-informed introduction to functional mushrooms, blending modern science, traditional wisdom, and real-world application. Designed for beginners and the curious alike, the course explores how medicinal mushrooms can support cognition, stress resilience, immunity, and overall well-being – without hype or unrealistic promises.

Each session includes a deep dive into specific mushrooms, practical guidance on sourcing and use, and extended Q&A to help participants apply what they learn to their own lives.
