Hi, I’m Sarah, a Somatic healing practitioner, massage therapist and event facilitator offering powerful somatic meditation journeys, health and wellbeing events, and women’s circles. I guide people to explore the body as a source of insight, guidance, and wisdom, helping them feel safe, grounded, and at home within themselves.

My path has been shaped by both 14 years of professional training including over 500 hrs Yoga training, Personal training, and Massage Therapy and lived experience, and study in Somatic/ Trauma healing. Learning how the body carries patterns of protection and survival, often closing us off from our hearts and keeping us living in the mind. Many of us learn to try to think our way out of what we feel, rather than allowing the body and nervous system to feel and process experience. My work invites a gentle return to the body with present-moment awareness.
