SOMATIC HEALING DAY RETREAT: Coming Home to Your Body

A journey of meeting your emotions, healing your body, and understanding your mind

This Day retreat is an invitation to slow down, soften, and listen. So often, we are taught to think our way out of pain — to control, to fix, to override what we feel. But true healing begins not in the mind, but in the body.

Together, we’ll explore somatic (body-based) practices, including yoga, movement therapy, breathwork, body system awareness, and gentle emotional inquiry, that help you meet yourself with compassion — even in fear, discomfort, or overwhelm.

Whether you feel stuck, anxious, burnt out, or simply ready to feel more connected to yourself, this space is for you.

Together we’ll explore body-based (somatic) practices including:

  • Embodied movement and yoga
  • Breathwork and nervous system regulation
  • Gentle emotional inquiry
  • Stillness, rest, and guided reflection
  • Meditation, mantra, and co-regulation

Whether you’re feeling anxious, disconnected, overwhelmed, or simply longing to feel more like yourself — this retreat offers a loving space to slow down and return home to you.

What We’ll Explore:

  • How to meet your emotions without fear, shame, or judgment
  • How your body holds your story — and how to begin releasing stored tension and trauma
  • Tools for calming the mind and grounding into the present
  • Practices for self-compassion, emotional resilience, and softness

  • Letting go of old protective patterns and stories that keep you small
  • Reclaiming joy, presence, and a deeper sense of belonging
