Hebe’s background is in Acting. She moved on to become a yoga teacher and spent time running yoga retreats and looking after ‘wellness’ for businesses. She now has a somatic therapy and coaching practice; co-facilitates creative leadership programmes, all over the world; and coaches business leaders to be authentic, confident presenters. Her raison d'etre is to help people connect to themselves and others; through embodiment, authentic performance and play.
