Rachael is the founder of Let's Dance Sheffield and co-founder of Ecstatic Dance Sheffield. She holds Cacao Circles, Ecstatic Dances and workshops in Sheffield and the Peak District, UK. Her events are conscious, free-moving, non-judgemental, safe spaces for you to fully express yourself in the present moment. ‘Ecstatic’ here does not solely refer to extreme happiness (which may happen!) but also to the sense of transcendence that can often accompany these dance journeys. There is no expectation to feel or look a certain way, no end goal.  Rachael is passionate about creating a space where everyone can feel at ease dancing consciously and messily!
