Rachael is the founder of Let's Dance Sheffield and co-founder of Ecstatic Dance Sheffield. She holds Cacao Circles, Ecstatic Dances and Silent Discos in Sheffield and the Peak District, UK. Her events are conscious, free-moving, non-judgemental, safe spaces for you to fully express yourself in the present moment. There is no expectation, no end goal; ‘ecstatic’ here does not solely refer to extreme happiness, but also to a sense of mystical transcendence. She is passionate about creating a space where everyone can feel at ease dancing consciously and messily!
