Stevie began practicing yoga in 2001, at the Sivananda Yoga Centre, then trained as a Power Yoga teacher in 2014, studying advanced techniques and styles from Ashtanga, Vinyasa and Forrest Yoga. Stevie creates a warm, welcoming space, informal & friendly, teaching without judgement or prejudice, to calm minds, shift energy, challenge students and raise their vibrations.
