Emailing event attendees

• Click the event dropdown, select Mailer, and click 'New message'
• Enter a subject and body
• Click 'Save and continue'
• Click 'Preview' to check a preview and 'Send test' to view a test in your inbox. If it all looks good, press 'Send'.

Emailing a waitlist for an event

• Click the event dropdown, select Mailer, and click 'New message'
• Change the 'To' field to 'Waitlist' for the event-wide waitlist, 'Ticket type waitlists' for everyone waiting on any ticket type, or a specific ticket type waitlist
• Enter a subject and body and follow the steps above to preview and send your mail

Emailing your organisation

We offer a free gift of 1 email per month for up to 1000 subscribers.

• Click the organisation dropdown, select Mailer, and click 'New message'
• Change the 'To' field to 'Everyone' or another option
• Enter a subject and body and follow the steps above to preview and send your mail

After a free gift email is sent, open the message from Mailer to see delivery, open, and click rates.
