As the sun reaches it's peak take this time to pause, reflect and set intentions - the solstice is a powerful time of transition and renewal. 

Join us for a deeply restorative sound bath, as we celebrate the light around us  inviting in the energy of the summer solstice with the sounds and vibrations of the instruments, to help recharge, realign and restore balance.

Through the gentle resonance of singing bowls, chimes and other healing instruments, you’ll be guided into a state of deep relaxation, as the waves of sound wash over you soothing the nervous system and quieting the mind - leaving you feeling refreshed and calm.

All welcome, no experience necessary - come as you are.

Please bring  something to lie on eg.yoga/camping mat, a warm blanket, pillow and anything else to make yourself as comfortable, cosy and warm as possible. You may also like to bring water and a eye pillow/mask if you have one.
