Welcome to Sunday Soul Reset, a monthly community event that’s all about taking a break from the hustle and bustle of life and finding real, meaningful connections.

This month's focus is “Honouring the Self - An Evening of Self-Appreciation” and you’ll be guided on a journey of rediscovering the unique, meaningful, and beautiful aspects of yourself.

E.E. Cummings once said: “The hardest challenge is to be yourself in a world where everyone is trying to make you be somebody else.”

Many of us carry emotional wounds related to our self-image, accumulated through a lifetime of internalized criticisms and judgments. Especially for those not raised in emotionally supportive environments, validating our own qualities, efforts, and achievements can be a struggle. This event offers a safe space to break free from autopilot, explore self-love, and release the unrealistic standards we often impose on ourselves.

Navigating the complexities of self-care can be challenging, especially when faced with daily commitments and limitations. This gathering is an opportunity to connect with like-minded individuals, celebrate each other, and provide mutual support. To feel seen, heard, and recognized for who we are in the mirror of other caring humans in a safe environment can be deeply healing. Sometimes we all just need to be reminded of our own loveliness.

So if you're someone who:

  • Wants to explore self-discovery through therapeutic, reflective, and mindful practices
  • Craves an outlet for your creativity and soulful expression through the arts
  • Values building strong, supportive relationships and taking responsibility for your well-being
  • Misses the feeling of belonging to a collaborative in-person community

If this resonates with you, Sunday Soul Reset is the place to be. When you join us, you can expect to leave feeling grounded, refreshed, mentally clear, emotionally nourished, and spiritually revitalized, setting the tone for the entire month ahead.

Our aim is simple: to create a warm, welcoming space where you can

  • Reconnect with your true self on a deeper level.
  • Form genuine connections with others who share your interests and values.
  • Rediscover the transformative power of community, mutual well-being, and support.

We're excited to have you join us for this evening of self-appreciation and community building.

“Connecting with like-minded people.”, “Community growth & safe space.”, “Seeing beauty in the chaos.”, “It was so nice to gather with people with the same intentions.”, “Community healing work is an essential part of the answer to personal challenges.", "I now have a plan.”
