Friday Night Dance 30th October

I'm happy to be back to hold a  light and deep dance space for this  wonderful community!

The tunes are currently being mixed in the dark cauldron of creativity🧙🏽‍♀️ for tomorrow’s dance.

There’s a vibe to this current time and the musical journey that I’d like to give a permission slip for…

BRING YOUR SHADOW

Whatever that means to you you’re welcome to bring it and express it: your ugly side - snarly, grumpy and wrathful.

Or perhaps it’s the ‘true you’ you’ve been hiding: the wild one, the one who wants to be seen, the tender hearted one behind the capable armour.

So yes honouring Samhain and the veils being thin but also tomorrow night is a night for our own hidden bits to live a be a bit closer to the surface.

Bring them, move them and then take them home as your companion rather than a secret. They’re all welcome on the dance-floor!

Please feel free to express yourself in what you wear for the dance but also just wear you!
