A lot has happened; in your life and the lives before you. But what are you going to do about it?

 What are you harvesting?

Choice is rarely easy but it’s always present. So what’s next?

What fullness are you bringing to the empty space? What understanding are you taking from the mystery? What fruits are ripe and ready? What still needs nurturing and attention?

Never been before?

Feel welcome. This is a large group movement session in which we dance through the 5Rhythms movment map. This natural and powerful exploration of embodiment allows us to easily acces the richness of our individual and collective expereince; opening the doors to somatic process and cathartic ecstasy. It's recommended to bring a full water bottle and layers to move in comfortably. It is very likely that you will sweat.

Timings:

Completing together is always easier when we start together. Arrive early to really drop into the body. I honestly believe the greatest learnings I have received have been before the doors close.

We dance in Goldsmiths Great Hall, inside the Richard Hoggart Building, Lewisham Way, London, SE14 6NW

Closest public transport is New Cross and New Cross Gate overground stations. Plus there's free on-street car parking spaces in the residential roads near the venue for anyone driving in.

With a lovely wooden floor that's over 500msq to move in + a juicy sound system + climactic waves of music, this is London's  largest movement space in more ways than one.

Facilitation:

Sessions are held by Tim Barnes - known for his music led, DJ centred approach to creating sonic sound journeys that bridge the highs of Ecstatic Dance + the depths of 5Rhythms. He’s been utilising dance as his healing modality for nearly 15 years, and holding space for others’ processes across the last 5, both in the UK and internationally with classes, workshops, retreats and festivals.
