Systemic & Family Constellations is a unique group process that explores the hidden family, ancestral and historical dynamics that may be influencing your relationships, health, career, finances, emotional wellbeing and sense of purpose. By bringing these unseen patterns into awareness, the work creates space for clarity, healing and lasting change.

What are Systemic & Family Constellations?

Family Constellations is a therapeutic method that helps uncover unconscious patterns and entanglements carried through families and generations. These hidden dynamics can often lie beneath recurring challenges in our lives without us realising it.

Through a carefully facilitated process, participants gain a deeper understanding of the root causes behind personal difficulties, allowing new perspectives, resolution and movement towards a more fulfilling life.

What happens during a workshop?

A small number of participants attend as Issue Holders, bringing a personal issue they would like to explore. Other participants join as Representatives, who stand in for significant people, family members, ancestors or even abstract concepts within the constellation process.

Whether you attend as an Issue Holder or a Representative, many participants experience profound personal insights simply by taking part in or witnessing the work.

About Illi Adato

Illi Adato is an internationally respected facilitator, trainer and innovator in the field of Systemic Constellations.

He has researched and developed several pioneering approaches, including HypnoConstellations™, Distant-Healing Constellations™, and Consciousness-Centred Therapy™, expanding the possibilities of systemic work to support healing, resilience and personal growth.

Illi is a CI Registered Master Constellator, personal and group facilitator, and Founder and Head of the London School of Systemic & Family Constellations, where he teaches students from around the world.
