We return to the depths of winter to gather, move, and reconnect.

The Cocoon is a one-day sober rave retreat — a journey through sound, ceremony, and community designed to awaken the heart and renew the spirit.

We’ll open our hearts with cacao, move through yoga, breath and sound, and dance together into the new year with depth, intention and joy.
