Welcome to the circle. Born from collaboration between The Psychedelic Society and The Ouroboros Foundation, this monthly conscious movement ritual invites you to return to your body, awaken your inner flame, and join a community committed to intentional, embodied practice.

Ouroboros, the ancient symbol of the serpent consuming its own tail, represents the endless cycle of renewal — the continuous flow between mind, body, and soul. It reminds us that transformation is a living loop we return to again and again. Our dance becomes that loop: a space to release, reclaim, and rise.

This launch event opens a conscious dance floor where everyone is welcome. No choreography. No expectations. Just music, breath, and the freedom to move as you are. Together we build a community rooted in presence, connection, and shared transformation.

Meet Your Facilitators

Andrew Ball - The Lord of Celebration

Step into a soulful space where rhythm and radiance meet. The Lord of Celebration brings sunshine and sublime sounds from across Latin America, Africa, and the Middle East — weaving joyful, sun‑soaked mystery and magic loaded with groove. His sets melt you into the glow of blazing basslines and ignite sparks of tropical, genre‑hopping wonder. Join him as we celebrate embodied life itself — a dance of warmth, connection, and ecstatic flow.

Zephyr Wood completed her BSc in Sustainable Development at the University of Wales, Bangor, and was part of Exeter University’s inaugural 2024 cohort for the Postgraduate Certificate in Psychedelics, Mind, Medicine and Culture, where she received a distinction.

She currently works as the South West UK Events Coordinator for the Psychedelic Society and is also a founding director of The Ouroboros Foundation — a community‑interest organisation dedicated to building a conscious community to support  independent psychedelic mental health and wellness research.

About The Psychedelic Society

The Psychedelic Society is a UK‑based non‑profit community dedicated to exploring connection, meaning, and transformation through events, courses, retreats, and gatherings. Founded in 2014, it provides spaces for people to engage with practices, conversations, and experiences that deepen relationship — with oneself, with others, with the living world, and with the wider mystery of existence.

Rather than focusing solely on substances, the Society centres the human journey: how altered states, contemplative practices, embodiment, ritual, and nature connection can support wellbeing, insight, and belonging. About The Ouroboros Foundation

The Ouroboros Foundation is a UK non‑profit building a community‑rooted base for independent psychedelic mental‑health research. It supports work beyond clinical‑trial models and outside corporatised spaces, nurturing diverse, justice‑focused projects grounded in collective wellbeing.This Ecstatic Dance event is part of this community‑building journey — a space where movement, connection, and shared intention help seed future independent psychedelic research.

ACCESS:  We do our best to include everyone in our events, regardless of health circumstances. If you have access requirements please email the event organiser directly to discuss. Many facilitators are able to offer reduced ticket prices for those truly unable to afford the ticket price.
