Would you like to resolve unhealthy power dynamics in your relationships?

Are you ready to let go of old emotional wounds that still activate you, despite your best efforrts?

Join me on this introductory 3 hour workshop. You’ll learn about your power and your  value, how you use it and lose it. We’ll focus on personal relationships as they so important to the quality of our everyday lives, with an opportunity to dive deeper into other types of relationships in my workshop 'Further Adventures in Cord Cutting' in Glastonbury on June 9th.

Gaining insight into how we use our energy in relationships is invaluable. Knowledge is power and in this case, it enables us to take responsibility for our  part and if we don't like the dance we're in, to change it! In addition, as you draw back your energy from sticky relationships or aspects of relationships; you have more to pour into those that are nourishing you. To be clear though; when we cut the cords that bind us; we leave intact the healthy ones, where love flows. This allows existing relationships to flourish again instead of failing due to out-of-date behaviours strangling them.

The ritual is not a cure-all, it is a giver of insights, the gift of clarity; a powerful tool to aid you on your journey of self discovery and awareness. That said, where prior self-enquiry work has been done, the results are amazing.

I've been sharing this ritual with individuals and groups for 20+ years. It is simple and powerful. Come and join me for these 3 hours and be better able to play your part in creating a more beautiful and just world.

I hope you have all the information your need to enable you to hear your inner Yes! (or no) and I hope to see you in Glastonbury (or Sheffield where I also run events) soon.

Love. Jo x
