In this transformative retreat participants will explore the power of release and renewal to let go and release the habits beliefs and patterns that no longer serve their highest good.

Through guided reflection, mindfulness exercises and group discussions we will dive deep into the emotional,mental and energetic clutter the often holds us back from personal growth and fulfillment. 

This retreat provides practical tools for cultivating awareness and acceptance, allowing participants to break free from outdated mindsets and make space for new opportunities, clarity, and empowerment. Whether you're seeking to release unhealthy relationships, limiting beliefs, or behaviors that hinder your progress, this experience offers a supportive environment to embrace change and step into a more aligned authentic version of yourself. 

Join us in this journey of letting go, and discover the freedom, peace, and potential that comes from releasing what no longer serves you. 

Retreat highlights:

Understanding the link between connection and addictive behaviour. Game insights into the intricate relationship between addictive behaviour and disconnection. We'll explore how loneliness, trauma, and social isolation can contribute to addictive behaviors and hinder your full purpose.

Deepen connection with self:

Focus on helping yourself explore within, cultivate self-awareness, and build a stronger relationship with your mind, body, and soul.

Understanding boundaries:

Learn the importance of boundaries in personal and professional relationships how to set them and the role they play in your overall wellbeing.

 Explore different types of boundaries, including physical, emotional, and internal and external boundaries. How to maintain them effectively with partner and group activities.

Recognising Anger /Anger management techniques:

Gain insight into the various triggers and signs of anger and understand the difference between healthy and destructive anger.  Discover practical strategies for managing anger, including deep breathing, and healthy ways to express your anger. 

Letting Go Moving Forwards:

Letting Go moving forward is a process of releasing the way of past experiences, emotions or situations that no longer service. It involves acknowledging what we've been holding onto, accepting that some of these things are beyond our control, and choosing to release them with Grace. By letting go, we create space for new opportunities, growth, and clarity, allowing us to move forward with a sense of freedom and empowerment. It's an act of courage that enables us to embrace change and step confidently into the future unburdened by what once held us back.

We will be blessed with healthy, organic plant based meals throughput the weekend.
