A sober, daytime dance music experience promoting positive mental health, community and connection.

Think daytime clubbing with a holistic flavour soundtracked by underground house music from across the last four decades. Expect a proper sound system, live groove-led DJ journeys and a space that is open to everyone, to meet yourself as you are, and as you need to be - in stillness, moving or dancing, all states and shapes are welcome.

This event will take place at the celebrated Moor Imagination Centre in the heart of Buckfastleigh, where we’ll be taking over their downstairs space. We're teaming up with Totnes-based plant shop Dutch Quality Flowers to fill it with greenery, creating a welcoming and nourishing setting for a daytime gathering.

So we invite you to join us for a coming together on the dancefloor to give appreciation to this life and the conditions that support it, and consider the lives of others facing adversity. At the point of ticket purchase and at the venue, we invite donations to the Red Cross Disaster Fund to support people in Nepal and around the world.

Event timings:
This event will run from 2-6pm, arrive any time; there is no set schedule, other than our resident DJ set times which will be visible on the day, so you are welcome to roam and come and go as you please.

Age: 
16+ (but under 5's also welcome, under close supervision of a parent or carer)

Accessibility: 
This event is suitable for wheelchair users or those with certain mobility needs, who can access the event space via an alternative flat entrance at the rear of the building. Please notify the venue in advance to arrange assistance.

Refreshments:

The venue will  be running a bar, serving soft drinks and non-alcoholic refreshments. Attendees are also welcome to bring their own bottled water.

Ticket information:

Advance ticket purchase is recommended due to the limited capacity of the space. There may also be some tickets available at the door but we can't guarantee it.

We are pleased to offer a concession ticket rate for those on low income, but if cost still remains a barrier, please send a message to info@the-formula.club and we’ll find a way to welcome you.
