Breath Rave: Guided Breathwork, Movement & Dance
Join us for an evening of breathwork and ecstatic dance to free your mind body and soul.
We’ll be starting the evening with some gentle movement and vocal activation followed by fully guided rhythmical breathing and breath holds, gentle visualisation and immersive music. This will then be followed by a chance to move the body in an ecstatic dance, building on the release and energy created with the Breath.
Breathwork - guided by Dr Sohère, a SOMA breath instructor, the breathwork will be facilitated lying down and guided for you.
Movement & Music - Emma will then take over the music allowing you to fully embody yourself in an ecstatic dance, allowing you to release wage is no longer needed and leave feeling lighter and more whole.
Both Emma and Sohère are experts in their field at holding safe space and leading healing journeys.
This event is a collaboration with The Ouroboros Foundation, the UK’s first Community Interest Company (CIC) raising money for psychedelic research.
