Ecstatic Dance & Live Sound Bath
EDB combines the worlds of Ecstatic Dance, diverse dance music and sound system culture with prayer, mindfulness and ritual.
Using the practice of Ecstatic Dance we create a held space for you to express, expand and experience rejuvenation through movement, dance and sound.
The experience is a modern day ritual where the communion of people, movement and sound serve as mediums for transformation, liberation and soul invigorating celebration.
Our community gatherings are sober and suitable for all ages, abilities and people.
Come as you are. Dance as you please. Be your uniqueness.
Amada | Ecstatic Dance DJ
Born in Argentina, Amada creates soulful, World and South American Music-infused dance journeys that invite dancers into their bodies, taking them high and low, across an incredible array of music genres.
Her love of free-form movement started at a young age and was cemented over 10 years ago after leaving her London corporate job and taking time to travel indefinitely. When she returned from her travels she discovered 5 Rhythms; the seed that led her to Ecstatic Dance which then inspired her to learn how to DJ and create Ecstatic Dance journeys.
She has DJed at Buddhafield and has travelled the country to DJ at various Ecstatic Dances in London, Manchester, Swansea, and Stroud, amongst others.
Ecstatic Dance is her calling and the most beautiful way for her to share her passion for World and Electronic Music; and most importantly, a modality for her to heal, process life and be in community.

Jaz Brandon | Ecstatic Dance Facilitator
Jaz Brandon loves dancing to the energies of heart and returning home to her soul through the medicine of dance. Jaz is the creatrix of Gwyr Soul and has been holding regular full moon Ecstatic Dances in Gower, South Wales to honour her Celtic roots through sacred community and nature connection. As a facilitator she holds space for us to go deeper, to listen to the wisdom of the body and to find freedom in movement to show love to our wild, wonderful and true selves! Let's play with what arises, be curious to the body's call and find joy in this dance we call life! The power inside us is ready to move!
Cadi Mai | Live Sound Bath
Cadi Mai is a resident musician for Gwyr Soul in Wales. You are invited to dissolve into the earth with peace, ease and the healing frequencies of crystal bowls and voice.
d&b audiotechnik Sound System
We have been working with Amber Audio ever since we first launched EDB in February 2019. They provide d&b audiotechnik equipment which is one of the best manufacturers in the industry.
