Join us for a deeply restorative mini retreat day in nature in collaboration with the Splash Sauna crew near Tarleton.

A nourishing Sunday designed to help you slow down, reconnect and reset — supporting both body and mind through movement, nature, heat, cold therapy and deep rest.

🌿 THE EXPERIENCE

We’ll begin by gently arriving into the body through grounding movement and breath before settling into a deeply immersive forest sound bath amongst the wild.

Surrounded by nature, you’ll receive soothing sound healing, guided relaxation and Reiki & Sekhem -an ancient Egyptian healing modality that supports release, restoration and energetic recalibration.

Following this, you’ll experience the powerful contrast of heat and cold therapy through sauna and wild swimming.
