The Goddess moves her pelvis!
Secrets of the feminine kind…
A day of awakening the unique goddess within through pelvic connection, sensual energy, self-love, and sensory exploration to celebrate feminine strength, we will tap into the energy of our wombs and deeply connect to our pelvises to feel our divine female power, exploring ways to connect to our pelvis, womb, yoni, ovaries and beautiful bellies. When we think of a goddess, we often picture someone else rather than ourselves. Yet uncovering our own inner goddess is a journey of remembering who we truly are. It is a process that invites us to bring body, mind, and spirit into harmony and reclaim our aliveness.
This is time together in a powerful tribal flow. Be we maiden, mother/lover, queen/priestess and crone let us dance. A time to tap into our divinity as goddesses on this Earth, allowing feminine energy free flow through our bodies through feminine secret sensual embodied movement practises. The Goddess moves her hips in slow inner sensuality, breathing, Being. She dances her seductive belly dances and unashamed twerks. Let us unlock our bodies, enjoying our inner goddess playfulness, freely, erotically in sensuality and embodied expression, rather than achieving technically "correct" movements.
We will begin by grounding ourselves through Tantric meditations, creating a safe and supportive space to arrive fully in our bodies. From there, we will awaken connection, self-love, and flow within the pelvis through gentle belly dance practices, breath work, and sensual movement. The day could include belly massage to connect to our emotion feeling center and body painting as an act of celebration for the feminine. Together, we will place our hands on our bellies and chant mantras that cultivate love, compassion, and appreciation for the womb and pelvic space, while honouring any challenges or experiences we may have carried.
We wish offer practical ways that we women can continue engaging to this part of our body through dance, meditations and breathwork in our daily lives, to keep exploring and connecting to the goddess within and the power of our pelvic expression.
