A 90-minute journey into your inner world
Where breath becomes the bridge between what’s felt, what’s held, and what’s ready to shift
Using Conscious Connected Breathwork, we’ll tap into the body’s natural intelligence—allowing breath and body to work together in synergy. This is a space to process what’s been stored beneath the surface—tightness, emotional blockages, tension locked in the fascia—offering the body a chance to cleanse, recalibrate, and restore balance.
Alongside breathwork, we’ll be integrating neo-emotional release techniques—guiding you to explore emotions, sensations, and stories that may be lingering in the body. By bringing awareness to these patterns, we create the opportunity to understand, move through, and ultimately shift the energy at its root.
Through this combination of movement, breath, and deep inner listening, this session invites you to reclaim space within yourself—to reset, realign, and come home to your body in a way that feels lighter, clearer, and more attuned to you.

What is Conscious Connected Breathwork?
Conscious Connected Breathwork (CCB) is a powerful practice that has been used for decades as a tool for self-exploration, healing, and transformation. It involves a continuous, intentional breath pattern that bypasses the analytical mind and allows you to access deeper layers of the body and subconscious.
Rooted in ancient breathing techniques and influenced by modern breathwork pioneers, CCB has been widely used in somatic therapy, trauma release, and personal development to support emotional and energetic shifts.

Preparation for the session
Avoid eating and caffeine 1.5 hours before this session.
Wear comfortable, warm clothes – it can get a bit cold.
Note - Please arrive 10 minutes before the session. Due to the nature of the event, doors will strictly close at 7:10 pm.
Waiver
This style of breathwork is for over 18's only and Breathwork can result in intense physical and emotional release. Therefore, it is not advised for persons with a history of cardiovascular disease, including angina or heart attack, high blood pressure, use of a pace-maker, glaucoma, retinal detachment, osteoporosis, significant recent physical injuries or surgery.
Breathwork is not advised for persons with mental illness or seizure disorders or for persons using major medications. It is also unsuitable for anyone with a personal or family history of aneurysms. Pregnant women are advised against practicing Breathwork without first consulting and getting approval from their primary care physician. Persons with asthma should bring their inhaler and consult with their primary care physician and the Breathwork class facilitator. Liza Al Sady

Hey, I'm Liza Al Sady, founder of We The Conscious. After 15 years in the corporate grind, feeling stressed and overwhelmed, I turned to alternative wellness therapies to confront and heal my trauma. This journey led me to discover the transformative power of Breathwork, which has profoundly changed my life and path.
In 2022, as Head of Well-being for a leading Education Recruitment Agency in the UK, I introduced breathwork and mindfulness to colleagues across the country, witnessing its impact on stress and anxiety management firsthand. This experience fuelled my passion to spread the benefits of breathwork wider, inspiring the creation of We The Conscious. Here, we are dedicated to empowering you with breathwork tools for a more mindful and conscious lifestyle.
As a qualified Conscious Connected Breathwork Coach, trained under the guidance of JP Crimi, my mission is to make breathwork accessible to everyone, supporting you to lead a life aligned with intention and conscious living.
