First Light ~ An Imbolc Day Retreat

As we enter February the first signs of life return. We are invited to feel nature stirring underneath our feet. The first snowdrops and crocuses are blooming, the light slowly returns, the energy gradually rises.  

First Light is an Imbolc day retreat, lovingly created as a space to pause, to softly release winter's embrace, and to meet the new version of you that is slowly emerging. Imbolc unfolds just as we start to lose hope that the light will ever return, it is the midway point between the Winter Solstice and Spring Equinox. Imbolc is the promise of renewal, of rebirth and the first signs of a new life.

During First Light we will thank the winter for its lessons, rekindle our fire and plant the seeds of our intentions for spring.

What You’ll Experience

Water & Fire Ceremony

This sacred time of Imbolc honours Brigid, the beloved goddess of fire, healing waters, and inspiration. Her dual gifts of flame and wellspring guide us through the darkness, offering warmth to ignite our spirits and waters to cleanse and renew. Together, we will kindle her flame within our hearts and embrace the flowing energy of her sacred wells, awakening to the promise of brighter days ahead.

Planting The Seeds

Together we You will be guided in coweaving with your higher self to call in and clarify the seeds ready to be planted this year. 

Sound Healing Journey

Be held in a nourishing soundscape of sacred instruments and intuitive frequencies. This journey invites deep rest, nervous system healing, and subtle integration as you settle into stillness.

Oracle Cards and Soulful Sharing

With oracle cards as mirrors for your intuition, you’ll be guided to listen inward. In our sharing circle, there is space for reflection, honest connection, and being witnessed just as you are..

The space 

First Light will be held at MaxWell-Being, a vibrant and serene wellness venue nestled in a tranquil setting. The retreat will take place in MWB's gorgeous yurt, complete with a cosy fireplace that invites warmth, presence, and connection.

Anaïs is a multifaceted Space Holder, Rahanni Celestial Healing Teacher, Plant Alchemist, and Cacao Ceremonialist. Through her work, she creates sacred spaces for deep healing and connection. Anaïs  hosts transformative events, both for womb folk and mixed-gender groups, guiding participants to reconnect with themselves and the Earth through ancient, earth-rooted spiritual practices. Her offerings invite you to return home to your essence, embrace healing energy, and experience the profound wisdom of nature.
