BREATHWORK
Please read the following before participating in classes or workshops involving breathwork:

While breathwork can benefit many individuals, there are certain conditions where caution or avoidance may be necessary. Please be aware that the following conditions are contraindicated for Conscious Connected Breathing:

1. History of seizures or epilepsy
2. First Trimester of Pregnancy, and when trying to conceive 
3. Detached retina or any eye condition which can be adversely affected by changes in internal pressure.
4. Psychotic episodes.

By signing up for breathwork sessions, participants confirm they do not have any of the conditions mentioned above and release me from any liability related to your participation. 


YOGA
Please read the following before participating in classes or workshops involving Yoga:

It is your responsibility to consult your GP or relevant health professional before attending yoga classes, particularly if you have any existing or ongoing health conditions that may affect your ability to safely engage in physical activity.

By registering for and participating in this class, you acknowledge that the facilitator is not liable for any injury or complication arising from a pre-existing or undisclosed medical condition.

You are encouraged to listen to your body and rest or modify poses as needed. Participation is always voluntary.

Please be especially mindful if you:

Are pregnant or have recently given birth
- Have high or low blood pressure
- Experience dizziness, vertigo, or balance issues
- Have joint problems or chronic pain (e.g., knees, hips, shoulders, back)
- Are recovering from surgery or injury
- Have a diagnosed heart condition or respiratory issues
- Have any condition that may be impacted by movement, breathwork, or extended time in stillness

If you're unsure whether yoga is suitable for you, please seek advice from a medical professional before joining the class.

My clients safety and well-being are my top priorities and if there are any concerns or questions, please feel free to contact me in advance, or talk to me on the day.
