Springs and Stones - An evening of honouring May's Full Moon, exploring our soul connections to the magic of the natural world & an opportunity for a wild dip or swim

We invite you to join us in a beautiful outdoor space, to come together as community, to grow and explore our soul connections to the magic of the natural world whilst honouring and working with the energies of the full moon.  

We will come together to hold a gentle ritual honouring the powerful healing energies of the moon and nature, creating sacred space together, sacred circle.  After a cleansing ritual, and as we sit in mindful awareness, we will work with the full moon’s energy, sacred herbs and the fire to help us celebrate what we have already achieved since the New Moon and reflect on where what we still wish to achieve, what is in our way and why.  We will call upon the full moon's healing energy to help us in clearing and releasing those challenges and heaviness.  We will let go of all that no longer serves us, inviting in what we need to allow us to step forwards in beauty and power.

There will then be an opportunity to join us for a full moon wild dip or swim in the river (always being respectful of the weather and the levels of the river).  If you prefer, you can sit on the banks of the river near the steps and cleanse your hands and feet in moon water. Our evening will come to a close as we gather together again to share our stories, support each other, laugh together and drink some tea and perhaps eat a little cake.
