Heart Beats & Harmonies is a voice and dance journey that supports deepening flow with combined vocal and movement expression.

We will ground in stillness to begin with and then warm up with playful voice & movement exercises to open creative channels, dissolve inhibitions, and come more fully into the body. You’ll then be free to explore voice and movement expression to curated sounds & songs, raising to fast beats & high energy before live music with Natasha Mariposa & Ben!

Recorded music will draw largely from world, tribal, devotional dance mixes. Live music spans kirtan, medicine music and original songs written by Ben or Natasha.

By the end, being danced and sung more deeply into our bodies and hearts, we’ll close in stillness. Connecting more deeply into our personal and universal heart.

Please note arrivals welcome from 16.00 to settle in, journey commences 16.15!
