‘Psilocybin Journeys’ is a three-module course of workshops designed to educate those curious about working with psychedelic expanded states of consciousness. This is a course for those that are consciously considering embarking on a therapeutic journey with psilocybin mushrooms. If you have been thinking about how you can benefit from a healing psychedelic experience by incorporating the wisdom of sacred mushrooms into your life this is a course for you. If you are seeking education, guidance and support on how to prepare for your psychedelic mushroom experience sign up today.

This is an ideal course for:

  • Anyone with an invested interest in expanding on their personal growth and development, interested in psychedelic states, and curious about sacred mushrooms. Those who are seeking to look deeper into themselves to find the healing, empowerment, liberation, and love they seek.
  • First-timers, if you’ve never experienced psychedelics at all or you have experimented recreationally but never with intent or ceremonially, you're considered a first-timer.
  • Second timers, perhaps you’ve been experimenting but need additional support, education and guidance, maybe you're upping your dose a gram or two and wanting to focus on getting intentionality right for a more enriching experience?
  • You have been micro-dosing and are now curious about or ready to embark on a macro dose journey.

This course will assist you in identifying your why and mapping your path to taking that leap with the medicine and towards instigating the long-term changes you seek.

How can we allow our psychedelic experiences to add value to our lives, shape our future, empower our growth and most of all heal old wounds?

How can the work we put into our healing and growth, benefit our loved ones and our community at large?

These are core questions we’ll be delving into answering over these three modules.

This course will provide you with a holistic road map for preparing for your first intentional psychedelic mushroom journey, covering all the nuances that most guides don’t. We’ll cover holistic mind-body-spirit preparatory tools, skills for navigating the sacred mushroom experience as safely as possible, as well as key integration guidelines to ensure you are set for your psychedelic adventure with full confidence and faith in your path going forward.

Each class will be held in an educational workshop format with recited information for you to take notes on as well as a written and sharing exercise to close each class.

COURSE CURRICULUM

Introduction: About Psilocybin Mushrooms, a brief exploration of its indigenous history, ritual and ceremonial uses, association with the spiritual, mystical and sacred.

We will discuss the reciprocity, reverence and responsibility needed to be conscious advocates of these sacred medicines.

MODULE 1: PREPERATION (24th May 7-9 pm)

In this class we’ll delve into the five holistic realms of the self, in order to ascertain where the imbalances may lie in order to best prepare for the journey ahead and support the intention setting process. The five realms we will address are: Mental, Physical, Spiritual, Environment and Lifestyle. We’ll cover the purpose of preparation in order for you to get clear on where your responsibility lies to ensure you are in the driving seat and taking ownership of your healing and growth trajectory.

MODULE 2: NAVIGATION (31st May 7-9 pm)

In this class, we cover all aspects of logistics. Covering the where, when and how you conduct your ceremony. You will learn about different dosages and how to work out the right dose for you. We’ll cover essential harm reduction tips as well as techniques for staying safe and grounded in your chosen setting.

We will cover an overview of the science of the felt experience, which will include a brief look at the neuroscience of how psilocybin affects the brain, a breakdown of how the compound might affect the body, as well as the possible sensations you’ll experience.

MODULE 3: INTEGRATION (7th June 7-9 pm)

Integration is essentially the process of bringing yourself back into wholeness. It is a process where you sew and tend to the seeds gathered from your psychedelic experience and allow them to gradually blossom into your daily life. Integration is the process by which you begin to embody the insights and realisations gained on your journey to initiate the change you seek.

In our final class, we will cover how to use the insights, knowledge, and wisdom you’ve gained on the psychedelic experience as fuel for your growth, empowerment, and long-term healing.

We learn how the integration works and the possible risks of ignoring or disassociating from the integration process and which ‘realms of self’ need closer attention and outlining your vision for bringing it into balance.

Take-aways/extras will include:

  • A Spotify Playlist to inspire your journey.
  • A gifted (PDF) Preparation & Integration Starter Guide on completion of the last module with journaling Prompts and exercises
  • A simple Breath-work technique to assist in prep/navigation/integration
  • A recommended reading list
