A three-day field immersion for founders, futurists, senior leaders and facilitators ready to return to coherence, community and right relationship.

We live in fractured times. The hunger for genuine belonging; stable, true, not performed, sits beneath almost every crisis of leadership, every strained partnership, every quiet sense that something essential has been lost.

Convergence is the return. Back into communion with yourself, back into right relationship with the living world, back into the herd. Not as a retreat from your life, but as the taproot into foundation your life has been missing.

For, when you know where you belong, everything else reorders around it.

Horses hold an ancient template for community:

No theatre, no compromise, no-one left behind; just truth, order and belonging, each of us in our rightful place in the whole. A whole that is harmonious, never homogenous.

Leadership becomes presence: a body that can stay, a nervous system that can hold, a voice that doesn't bend under pressure. Because, in a true herd, we don't take our place alone, we take our place in reciprocity; with each other, with our lineage, with the land, with our children, with life itself.

This weekend re-orders you, it doesn't try to fix you.

It moves through the five movements of the Field of Belonging: Connection, Coherence, Confidence, Community, Culture.

The five movements of our Field of Belonging methodology:

Connection: Your own pattern, traced to where it began, named by the horses, not theorised.

Coherence: A measured baseline: the moment your biometric data and your felt experience finally agree. Yours to keep.

Confidence: Embodied clarity around your signal, your voice, your leadership and a practice to carry back into it.

Community: Ten people who stood in this with you. Not a networking list. A genuine peer circle.

Culture: The legacy question, answered: what you want to hand onto whoever comes after you.

Three days held by Harriet and the horses, designed as a complete arc: arrive → reveal → reposition → integrate.

Equine-led systemic work (consent-led, invitational, nervous-system aware).

Group and breakout constellations (experiential, around the themes of convergence).

Integration throughout (so the shift consolidates).

3x nights' full board in luxury en-suite accommodation.

3x organic, consciously prepared meals per day by Sarah Raisbeck, plus fruit and snacks (dietary requirements cared for).

Ceremonial cacao, spring water, herbals, teas and coffees throughout.

Space for rest, reflection and recalibration; including land time, wild water, sauna and silence.

Saturday Evening Keynote: Nicole Gibson

Nicole Gibson is the founder of inTruth, the technology partner whose biometric tracking runs throughout the three days of Convergence and Harriet’s Equine Coherence Project.

By Saturday evening, you will have spent two days gathering data about your own nervous system in real time: moments of regulation and dysregulation, coherence and collapse both personal and collective, named precisely by the technology and confirmed by the horses. Nicole's keynote is the moment that data becomes legible.

She will walk you through what your body has been showing you, what the science behind it means and why coherence, not resilience, is the leadership capacity worth building.

You leave Saturday evening not just moved, but informed. With a measured baseline, a language for what you felt, and a framework for what comes next.

Arrive from 4pm on Friday 14th May 2027. Dinner together at 7pm.

We close on Monday 17th May 2027 with a final circle at 9.30am. Checkout by 11am.
