A sacred space for mothers and daughters to slow down, connect deeply, and celebrate the beautiful — and sometimes complicated — journey of growing together. 🤍

Growing up & being a mother can feel tricky sometimes.

 There are seasons of change, misunderstandings, big feelings, growing independence and moments when finding your way back to one another can feel difficult.

This circle is an invitation  for you to pause amongst all of that.

To put the outside world down for a little while and simply be together.

Through gentle meditation & embodiment practices, journalling, reflection and guided conversation, we'll create space to explore:

✨ Connection and communication
✨ Self-worth, confidence & body acceptance
✨ The pressures young women experience from society and the world around them
✨ Relationships, boundaries & navigating peer pressure
✨ Growing into who you are
✨ Honest and open conversations between mothers and daughters
✨ Listening, understanding and seeing each other in a new way.

There is no expectation to have the perfect relationship.

No pressure to share anything you're not comfortable sharing.

And no need to have all the answers.

Because sometimes the greatest gift we can give our daughters isn't having all the answers — it's creating a relationship where they know they can come to us with anything. 🤍

This is a space to listen without judgement, speak with honesty, laugh, reflect, and perhaps discover something new about one another.

A chance to step away from everyday life and simply spend some intentional time together.

£20 per mother & daughter pair….
£8 for each additional daughter.

 Cancellation Policy

I completely understand that sometimes plans change. If you need to cancel your place, please let me know as soon as possible.

More than 7 days before the event: A full refund will be provided.

Within 7 days of the event: Tickets are generally non-refundable, as your place has been reserved and arrangements for the circle have been made in advance. If you're unable to attend, you are welcome to transfer your place to another eligible mother and daughter, or to another daughter aged 12+ where applicable. Please let me know the new attendee's name and age beforehand. If your place is subsequently rebooked, a refund may be offered.

If the event needs to be postponed or the venue changed: You will be notified as soon as possible and offered the option to transfer your booking to the new date or receive a full refund.

If the event is cancelled by me: You will receive a full refund.

Parent/Guardian Consent

By purchasing this ticket, I confirm that I am the parent or legal guardian of the daughter attending and give my permission for her to participate in the Mother & Daughter Women's Circle.
I understand that this is a wellbeing and personal development experience, not therapy or counselling, and that my daughter will never be pressured to participate in an activity, conversation or sharing that she is uncomfortable with.
I understand that, because the circle includes young people, confidentiality cannot be guaranteed where there is a concern that my daughter or another person may be at risk of significant harm, and that appropriate safeguarding action may need to be taken.
