A deeply relaxing sound bath to help you reset for the week ahead, slow down and reconnect with yourself in the peaceful Cotswold countryside. Using crystal singing bowls, chakra chimes and other therapeutic instruments. The calming vibrations help settle the nervous system, reduce stress and encourage deep relaxation in a world where it can be hard to find, while supporting the body's natural sense of balance. An hour dedicated to you.

Free private onsite parking. Blankets, mats and pillows are included.

Tea/coffee and a sweet treat provided afterwards.
