Six-Month Closed Online Family & Systemic Constellations Circle
5 October 2026 to 8 March 2027
A small, closed group of five to six people meeting online once a month for six months.
What are family and systemic constellations?
We are shaped by the families, relationships and wider systems to which we belong.
Sometimes what we experience does not begin with us alone. Unresolved grief, exclusion, loss, family secrets and loyalties to people or events from the past can continue to affect later generations.
A constellation creates a living map of a system. The person bringing an issue is the issue holder. Other participants may be invited to represent people or elements within that system.
Representatives do not need to act or know anything about the people involved. They simply notice what arises when they take a particular place.
The intention is not to blame anyone, recreate the past or promise a particular outcome. It is an opportunity to make visible something that may be difficult to understand through talking and thinking alone.
No previous experience is needed.
Why a closed circle?
Unlike an open workshop, the same five or six people return each month.
In my experience, this can allow us to go deeper. We return. We show up again. We notice what continues to move, settle or become clearer between sessions.
The group itself also becomes a constellation. We may notice the roles and places we take within it, what particular people or themes stir within us, and what this might reveal about how we participate in other groups, families and systems.
There is the constellation we arrive intending to do, and there is also what becomes visible through representing, witnessing and returning to this particular group.
An issue holder can also return the following month and share what they have noticed since their constellation. This offers more opportunity for reflection, follow-up and integration than is usually possible in a one-off workshop.
How will the circle work?
Each participant will be offered one personal constellation during the six months.
The work is not limited to the month in which you are the issue holder. Representing, witnessing and noticing your own responses within the group are all part of the process.
The first meeting is three hours, allowing time to meet, agree how we will work together and explore some introductory embodied and systemic exercises.
The following meetings are two hours and will usually include:
• A short meditation or grounding
• A group check-in
• Reflections from the previous month
• One constellation
• Time to reflect and close together
You may bring an issue relating to family, intimate relationships, work, belonging, grief, health, repeated patterns, a life transition or something that leaves you feeling stuck.
This event WONT be recorded and everything will be kept confidential.
