As the season shifts, we gather again, continuing the beautiful connection we shared in the summer. 🍂

An invitation to come together in a welcoming space, to connect, express yourself and discover more joy through dance.

Forró is a beautiful Brazilian folk partner dance that welcomes everyone. Rooted in connection, presence, diversity, playfulness and joy, it is a conversation through movement, listening, responding and moving heart to heart.

If you’re new to Forró, you are warmly welcome. We’ll offer a gentle introduction and some guidance with the basic steps, helping you find your way into the dance.

The steps are only the beginning!

Bring a friend, a partner or come on your own. ♥️

Our focus is on connection and expression: feeling the music, listening to your partner, finding your own rhythm and allowing your dance to unfold.

For those already familiar with Forró, there will be space to explore, play and embrace new challenges.

With cacao at the heart, Brazilian rhythms in our feet and the colours of Autumn around us...

Your booking is confirmed once payment is received.

• Tickets are non-refundable but may be transferred. Please let us know in advance if someone else will attend in your place.
• Please arrive on time so we can begin the cacao ceremony together. Late arrival may not be possible once it has started ( please respectfully check with us ♥️)
• Please let us know in advance about any allergies, medical conditions, pregnancy, or medication relevant to your participation.
• Participation in the cacao ceremony, dancing, and other activities is voluntary. Listen to your body and take care of your needs.
• You are responsible for your own wellbeing. Please inform the facilitators if you feel unwell or need support.
• Photos or videos may be taken for promotional purposes. Let us know before the event if you do not wish to appear.
• We may make reasonable changes to the programme, venue, or facilitators. If the event is cancelled or significantly changed, we will contact you with the available options/ refund. 
• Please respect one another. Non-consensual behaviour, discrimination, and harassment are not tolerated.
