Integral Youth Gathering - Co created event

A retreat for people between 18 and 42

Integral Youth Gatherings bring together around 25 young people in a beautiful place in nature to explore personal, spiritual, and relational growth - inspired by Ken Wilber’s Integral Theory.

More than just learning, it’s a space for co-being: practicing new ways of relating, growing together, and embodying transformation in community. 

As a non-profit and co-created gathering, every activity — from meditations to talks, hikes to music jams — is offered by participants like you.

This is a space for us to co-create the world that we want to live in.

Organizers' note:
There are many co-created events, but IYGs have always felt quite special to us. Their relatively small size creates the conditions for meeting one another with a depth and authenticity that's hard to find in everyday life or at larger events. We have the time and space to be genuinely curious about each other, to move far beyond small talk, and to build meaningful connections.

One of the things we also really appreciate is the diversity of what people bring. Some come with years of experience in embodiment practices, while others share fresh perspectives or ideas they've been exploring. Some naturally create spaces for circling and authentic relating, while others share their love for and knowledge of the path of awakening. Every gathering has its own unique flavor, shaped by the people who are there.

Finally, what continues to surprise us is how inspired we feel by everyone. Every person has explored something deeply, or embodies a quality of presence that we learn from. That's probably the most precious thing to us.
